All registered participants receive the official event shirt, tote bag, race medal in addition to food and drink. We have tons of fun activities including face painting , balloon-twisting, sensory games, jump house and sooo much more!
We encourage all participants to dress in their favorite fitness related costume, whether it be sports-related, superhero theme or any thing you can dream of! We have prizes for the best costume!
See you at the park on April 6th, 2019!

The NEW Medical Office Building on the ECRMC Campus
We welcome one and all to join us as we come together as one community to explore healthy choices for a better life. Along with ECRMC, where Children's Foundation finds its roots, we will feature a wide array of activities that is both fun and informative.
Well, there are so many ways to answer that question....
To begin, we are kicking the whole thing off with an amazing and interactive Children's Magic Show! Then, we invite all of you to let your feet go crazy as we will have Zumbini fun with some special guests.
Oh, and then, we invite you to try cross-fit or yoga. Also, we will be having some fantastic cooking demonstrations, the kind where you can try your hand at putting it together, and eventually giving you the chance to be a food critic.
We will also be featuring Myriad Genetics Testing, which offers the newest technology in identifying if you are at risk for certain cancers. Later, we will be hosting an exciting "Ask the Doctor Forum", where we will be highlighting some of our fantastic doctors who will be available to answer your medical-related questions.
And, there is so much more, including a variety of live performances.
This will also be a great opportunity to pick up your race gear for the following Saturday's (April 6th) exciting 5K Event at Sunbeam Lake Park! Or, you can also register for that event as well.
OK, just to recap. Loads of fun on March 30th at the new Medical Building at ECRMC. Making healthy choices can be fun!

SEE YOU THERE!
Children's Foundation of the Imperial Valley is pleased to announce an exciting addition to the 1st Annual Health and Fitness Expo on March 30th at the Medical Office Building on the ECRMC Campus.
We are assembling the premier doctors of the Imperial Valley, where you will have the unique opportunity to ask them about any health-related questions you may have.
For instance, why should I be immunizing my child? Or, is the radiation I receive for my mammogram safe? If I am pregnant, what are the steps I should be doing to insure the health of my baby? I have this ache in my belly... What should I do about it?
Or, just about any other question you may have regarding your health.
This will be your chance to connect with a quality physician in a relaxed and friendly forum. When you arrive at the Expo, you may write down your question at the registration table prior to the forum, if you so choose.
We look forward to seeing you there! The Doctor's Forum starts at 2:00 PM.
Christopher T. the Magician (the "T" stands for "Taco") will be bringing his amazing magic show to the 1st Annual Imperial Valley Health and Fitness Expo on March 30th. Show times are 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The show is free!
